20-30 bands/artists turn up to spend a week together at a beautiful campground. There are dedicated rooms where bands can write, collaborate and jam. There is a dedicated recording and mixing studio where bands record and finish their freshly written songs. There are illustrators and artists onsite with screen-printing facilities, working with bands to create poster templates, album artwork and merch, and make it right there and then. 

Rather than go to some listless panel discussion where ‘industry professionals’ talk broadly about ‘how to tour’ or ‘how to release your music’, band members take their laptops to a room where they are helped book an international tour right away and plan a release strategy/contact labels under supervision of experienced mentors. 

There are filmmakers assisting bands making music videos and making visual materials. Photographers shooting promotional content. Communal dinners? Movie nights? Lifelong friendships? Parties?
